ISO 9001 is a norm accepted and recognized around the world. Taking into account the highest world standards, in 2002 the company implemented Quality Management System in terms of general and industrial construction, production and selling windowsills, steel processing and construction profiles.

Clients' satisfaction and providing the highest quality are inseparable. Clients' trust is the most valuable thing in business. While implementing ISO Quality Management System the clients trust was of outmost importance for us in the whole process of implementation.

The Quality Management System requirements show that each element of the functioning of a company influences the level of customer satisfaction. This is true mostly due to the fact that ISO System concerns a number of company activities starting from first contact, through sales, until the final processing of the order.
