STEEL WINDOWSILLS

Thickness
The windowsills are produced from steel sheets of 0.55mm and    0.75mm thick. Upon request we can prepare windowsills with the thickness of up to 2mm.
Colors
The standard colors are RAL 9010 pure white, RAL 8017 light brown, RAL 8019 dark brown and silver RAL9006. Upon request we can prepare windowsills in other colors of the RAL palette.
Measurements
The standard measurements of our windowsills are the following widths: 90, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 350, 400. PB AMBIT also offers customized windowsills the width of which meet customers' requirements.

 ALUMINIUM WINODWSILLS

Thickness
The windowsills are produced from pure or coated aluminum sheets whose thickness is 0.80mm or 1.2mm. Upon request we can prepare windowsills with the thickness of up to 2mm.
Colors
The standard colors are RAL 9016 white and RAL 8019 brown. Upon request we offer windowsills in other colors of the RAL palette.
Measurements
The standard measurements of our windowsills are the following widths: 90, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, 250, 275, 300, 350, 400. PB AMBIT also offers tailor-made windowsills the width of which meet customers' requirements.

PVC WINDOWSILLS

Colors
The following colors are available: white, marble, golden, oak, beech and mahogany. The windowsills are manufactured from a durable PVC core and coated with PVC foil. They require neither grinding nor varnishing.
Measurements
The windowsill have unchangeable sizes of: 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500, 600.

CERAMIC HOLLOW BRICKS

CELLURLAR CONCRETE BLOCKS

This is the highest quality concrete used to construct walls of one layer with thin joints. Thanks to the profiled surface with 'in' and 'out' carvings, the horizontal joints are not filled with mortar. Additional, the blocks have carvings enabling easy carrying and mounting the blocks. 

The specification of this product enables quick wall constructing, which considerably influences the acceleration of this stage of construction.

Cellular concrete also provides very good insulation.

CLINKER BRICK AND ELEVATION TILES

Clinker brick is a durable and corrosion resistant building material, which is at the same time and esthetic finish of the elevation or fence. In this case various shapes and fence covers are also used.

L-19 type lintels are prefabricated beams made of reinforced concrete. This lintel is L-shaped with a flange  120mm wide and the measurements are coordinated modularly according to NP/B-02352, NP/B-02355. The L-19 type lintels might be used for constructing window and door lintels.

DOOR LINTELS

Here are the internal widths of door clear opening size according to window and door joinery used in the housing and building industry:
- Single leaf doors: 710, 810, 910, 1010, 1110 mm
- Double leaf doors: 1,310 and 1,510 mm
 

WINDOW LINTELS

 Here are the internal widths of reveal opening size according to window and door joinery used in the housing and building industry:
- Composite windows in building industry: 610, 910, 1210, 1510, 1810, 2110, 2410 and 2710 mm
- Windows and clerestory windows: 610, 710, 810, 910, 1210, 1410, 1510, 1710, 2700, 3000, 3300, 3600 mm

For the widths of 610 and 710 mm no special lintels are produced because of too short a span which is suitable for traditional bridging.

We do not produce L-19 type lintels for window openings at the width of 2,710 mm*. These window openings are used in the education building industry, where the spacing between pillars is 3000 mm. Since the window openings are extremely wide, pillars and lintels are produced in a reinforced concrete construction or made of reinforced concrete prefabricated elements specially designed and manufactured for this kind of building industry. A 140 mm part of the designed lintel is expected to lean on support, and the minimum is 90 mm.

FOUNDATION FOILS

Elastic foil designed mainly to prepare waterproof insulation of building with or without a basement. It can well be used to protect foundation and walls from capillarity moisture.

The core of the system is a prefabricated beam and hollow block, rib-and-slab floor – Teriva (span up to 8.6 meters) enriched with beam fittings. This innovative solution makes it possible to use our flooring system on single and composite walls, regardless of applied materials.

External and internal reinforced cement concrete beam fittings are produced with the use of the technology of self-compacting concrete. This revolutionary solution guarantees safety while installing a floor. It also saves time and simplifies a ring beam installation by eliminating a time-consuming and expensive shuttering or a brick setting of a ring beam. Moreover, our flooring system lets you eliminate outer installation support and the span of a ring beam reinforcement. The flooring system enables you to build a lowered ring beam without bolting a floor and guarantees a uniformly distributed load on the wall. It is important to note that it is possible to cut out a hole in the underside of a ring beam fitting if necessary, for example, to lead steel bars out of the wall.
