Then and now
1997
This was the year of AMBIT's foundation. Since the very beginning the company operated on two main areas-general construction services and manufacturing plate elements for the construction industry, such as outside steel and aluminum windowsills. The firm was based in Leszno then.
1998
The company began manufacturing aluminum and steel profiles. Professional training, adhering the deadline, precision, the quality of the provided services and manufactured products made the company thrive at an incredible speed. The group of investors expanded.
1999
AMBIT became recognized as one of the new manufacturers of windowsills and profiles of up to 6m. Thanks to great flexibility and adaptability to individual client's needs, the company reinforced its position on the domestic market and the number of individual clients increased.
2000
AMBIT employed staff of about 50 people. The company widened its product range and included aluminum corners. Highly-qualified employees and professional management guaranteed products and services of the highest quality. Several years' of experience gained in the local market enabled the company to execute projects as a general contractor.
2001
AMBIT constructed its own buildings in the industrial area of Rydzyna. For the first time it took part in the International Construction Fair BUDMA and the POLEXPORT Exhibition in Kaunas. Participation in BUDMA, an incredibly successful event, has become the annual tradition for the company. In the same year AMBIT acquired technical approvals for all its own products. The production of different types of profiles, namely ribbon beads and plastic outside windowsills was launched.
2002
This was a very crucial year for AMBIT as the company acquired the ISO 9001:2000 Certificate. Through implementing the quality management system, the functioning of the company improved extremely. AMBIT commenced manufacturing aluminum profiles with netting.
2003
The company relocated to Leszno again. In response to the clients' needs, AMBIT decided to widen its range of products and introduced into the offer aluminum half-corner beads, W6 and W10 bars, as well as acoustic panels, technically approved the same year.
2004
AMBIT increased its competitiveness through introducing another product- 'wet plaster' beads. The company began co-operation with foreign business partners, reinforcing its position in the local market at the same time. Simultaneously, new projects and investments were executed in that year as well.
2005
The company began production of ready-mixed concrete and reinforcement prefabricates. Through continuing training of the staff, applying new technologies and using modern equipment, AMBIT gained the trust of both existing and new clients.
2006
AMBIT participated in the International Technical Fair STROYTECH in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Taking part in this excellent event increased the group of foreign clients even more.
2007
AMBIT's staff consisted of 115 employees. The list of executed projects included over 60 objects-depots with office/social areas, production plants, apartment buildings, trade buildings and many others. This was also the year of the jubilee-10th anniversary-therefore the company organized a party for its staff, business partners, investors and regular clients.
2008
The company introduced yet another products-M6 concrete blocks and ceramic hollow bricks and PCV profiles. Seeking new foreign markets, AMBIT participated in International Construction Fair in Belgrade. Thanks to its flexibility, AMBIT adapted to the needs of the market and has introduced another construction materials into its offer.
2009
Responding to constantly increasing market demands, the company decided to enlarge and modernize the concrete production machinery, equipping it with modern devices to recycle concrete. Multiplying its efficiency and benefits for the environment due to installing the equipment to recycle concrete are undoubtedly the advantages of the investment, which was carried out with the subsidy from the European Union program WPRO 2007-2013.
2010
A wide range of construction materials has been successfully promoted in a spectacular advertising campaign on the local market entitled: 'AMBIT-construction materials at hand'. The number of clients increased significantly.
